Jungle Ventures has roped in Vaishali Cooper, known for her role at eBay and Komli Media, as Chief Financial Officer. Google’s Menka Sajnani will also join as Director of Corporate Development.
Jungle has also brought on board James Lin, former Financial Controller at eBay as Head of Finance.
As CFO for Jungle, Vaishali Cooper will oversee the financial, accounting, tax and compliance functions at Jungle. At the fund level, she and her team will be responsible for adherence to all compliance, regulation and financial reporting of Jungle’s various funds. On the Portfolio front, she oversees the performance of the investee companies and provides operating support as required.
As Director of Corporate Development, Menka will be responsible for building corporate, strategic and investor relations both for Jungle and their portfolio companies.
James Lin will be the Head of Finance across all the Jungle funds. He will be in charge of portfolio financial reporting, LP reporting, due diligence on new investments and also providing operating support to portfolio companies in terms of process improvements and accounting.
The Singapore based firm had earlier raised $65 million.
