Real estate portal, IndiaProperty has introduced its two new offerings OmniTouch & OmniSense – which enables a buyer to virtually explore a specific Project in depth.
A buyer can now experience a virtual walk through of his/her future home. Starting from a 3D bird’s eye tour of the entire project site to visualising specific Towers and then engaging in an immersive 3D tour of the various apartments available for sale, all can be discovered with hand based gestures.
The Technology stack has been designed & developed by IndiaProperty’s in-house R&D team. The solution is portable and can be deployed in both online & offline modes.

Both OmniTouch & OmniSense are interactive smart terminals that can be deployed in multiple customer touch points like property shows, airport, malls, builder’s office etc.
For builders, this digital tool makes the model flat mobile, deployable at any relevant customer touchpoint unrestrained by geography. Each smart terminal can showcase multiple projects of the Builder.
The buyer can also get into a video discussion with the builder sales person via Skype from the smart terminal.Updating project pricing, availability status, offers etc can be done through over-the-air updates from IndiaProperty.
