The deal, which is valued at $400,000 in cash and stock ($150,000 in cash and $250,000 worth of US subsidiary stock), will help 8K Miles strengthen its presence in the pharma vertical, and includes transfer of intellectual property, client contracts and employees.
Mindprint’s major focus is on building analytics and operational software for Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and pharmaceutical sponsors, helping them gain valuable insights into their profitability, resource utilization, study progress and forecasts.
With this acquisition, 8K Miles hopes to better cater to the requirements of healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial and insurance customers. The company had last acquired FuGen Solutions for $7.5 Million and also acquired US-based SERJ Solutions earlier.
