Bangalore based Eventifier, a startup that helps you archive all the social media chatter around an event, has raised $500,000 from Accel Partners & KAE Capital. The company had raised small amount of funding from KAE capital earlier this year.

Eventifier platform helps event organizers make sense of social media chatter during an event by automatically collating all user generated media and sorting them.

The startup, founded by Jazeel Ferry, Nazim Zeeshan and Mohammed Saud, was incubated by Chennai based startup accelerator The Startup Centre. At the time, Eventifier had 17,000 unique visitors a month and has archived more than 1000 events.

The web app collates all user generated media for an event from various social streams like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, Youtube, Vimeo, Slideshare, Speakerdeck, Prezi, Yfrog and Photobucket to archive it. It also sorts content formats into different categories such as photos, videos, slides and tweets.
