- Warnock served as CEO till 2000 and CTO till his retirement in 2001, also holding the position of the board chairman till 2017.
- Prior to Adobe, Warnock worked in prominent roles at IBM, Xerox and University of Utah and held doctorate in electrical engineering and masters in mathematics.
