AI to be Employed for Reducing Case Backlog in Consumer Courts: Government

  • The National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission had a record 854 case resolutions in August due to AI and improved processes.
  • Further, mandatory E-daakhil filings will soon be facilitated via video conferencing; AI will also play a greater role in case analysis and resolution.
