Amazon Enters Refurbished Device Market Through Partnership With Surpluss

Amazon India has entered into the business of selling refurbished electronic products through a strategic partnership with Delhi-based retailer Surpluss.

The partnership will see Surpluss sell refurbished smartphones on Amazon India’s new refurbished devices corner.

At first, Surpluss will sell refurbished Samsung and Xiaomi phones, but will also introduce devices from Apple, One Plus, Motorola, Micromax and Lava.

Customers return 20-25 million electronics products to sellers in a year and this is what’s feeding the demand for cut-price refurbished devices online.
