Amazon to lure eateries with low commission promise

Amazon is set to start its food delivery service in India and it has announced that its commission for food delivery service will be just a fraction of what Swiggy and Zomato charge. 

Amazon’s service will start from the next month and the company is already signing up restaurant partners in Bengaluru. The service will later launch in Mumbai and Delhi.

It is also said to be in the final stages of acquiring FoodPanda’sinfrastructure from OLA.
