Any criticism of the govt on social media by govt officials will attract disciplinary action

In an amendment to Conduct Rules, govt officials will be barred from passing any statement on social media or TV, which may be deemed critical of the govt. Officials will be required to inform the government if they purchase assets whose value is more than 2 months of their basic pay.
