Apple is all-set to begin selling its Apple Watch on April 24, while retail tryouts for the device will begin across 400 official company stores this Friday.

Despite coming up with a unique retail experience to help people try out the Apple Watch before purchasing it, the company still feels its employees are the best endorsers of the product.
Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, in a memo to the employees announced that they will be able to avail a 50% discount on the aluminum and stainless steel models, and a $550 discount on the gold variant.
The special pricing for employees lasts for 90 days starting this Friday, which is also when pre-orders for the Apple Watch open to consumers.
Cook added that over 1,000 apps had been submitted in just four days since the App Store began accepting them last week, and that the rate of app submissions was only going up.
