Apple Set To Open Technology Centre In Hyderabad And Create 4,500 Jobs
Outside USA, Apple is set to open its first technology centre in Hyderabad and is expected to spend $25 million which will help the company develop maps and make them available in its iPhones and Mac systems.
The innovation centre will open by June but the operations will begin by end of 2016. The centre will be built on 250,000 square feet of land in Tishman Speyer’s WaveRock facility which is within the IT corridor of Hyderabad.
The technology centre will create 4500 jobs in the state. The company earlier had a technology support centre in Bangalore which was shut down.
