Now offload price bargaining to DiscountPandit’s AskthePundit feature

DiscountPandit has launched a new feature, AskthePandit that curates pricing information and bargains on behalf of the customer. Simply put, AskthePandit processes user queries for best prices and then negotiate with vendors/ search for the best combinations of vendors and coupons.

As far as pricing is concerned, the company charges Rs. 11 for lowest price information on mobiles, Rs. 21 for lowest price information on home appliance/TVs and Rs. 31 for hotel reservation/air ticket information. Important to note that the standard price comparison service is free, but if you want to offload bargaining and ‘deeper’ price hunting – give the service a try.

As far as DiscountPandit is concerned, the founder Alan DSouza shares that the site traffic has quadrupled over the last 2 months  and the site now serves about 200,000 unique visitors a month.

Aside, do you think that a curation service needs to offer a minimum assurance for consumers to even try out/trust the service?
