Aspiring Minds has acquired online and mobile internship platform, Letsintern, for an undisclosed amount.
Letsintern was founded in 2010 by Rishabh Gupta and Pranay Swarup. It provides an online skills assessment and has more than 4 million students on its platform.
Himanshu Aggarwal, CEO, Aspiring Minds said, “LetsIntern.com gives us a very reliable presence in the internship space and in continuing our efforts to add more value to students, colleges and corporations. We expect to combine the reach of both AMCAT and Letsintern.com platforms and achieve significant synergies. We are excited to welcome the LetsIntern.com team to the Aspiring Minds family.”
The company comprises of 12 members and will continue to operate as an independent brand.
Job skills credentialing and matching company, Aspiring Minds had earlier acquired Mizcoin and plans to invest Rs 6.5-crore in startups.
