At least 50 countries want to implement digital public goods like UPI: Nilekani

Portability, mobility and providing choice were essential to make digital public goods developed in India available in other countries, co-founder and chairman of Technologies Nandan Nilekani said while addressing Uppsala University in Sweden virtually.

He said Co-Develop, a non-profit funded by the Gates Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation and the Media Foundation was working in this direction philanthropically to take these digital public goods to other countries.
