The popularity of shared-use bikes has brought a wave of misbehavior, raising questions about social decay and the decline of decorum.
With more than 16 million shared bicycles and more than a bn $ funding in a total of 70 startups in this space, China is witnessing an increased misbehavior when it comes to dumping these cycles.
Because the start-ups do not use fixed docking stations, riders abandon bicycles haphazardly along streets and public squares, snarling traffic and cluttering sidewalks.
