Blume Ventures has made a strategic investment in Kuliza, a software development company which works on web, mobile and social media products. Details of the deal was not disclosed.
The company which has built apps for Ebay India, Intuit, Van Heusen and others will use the funds for global expansion and development of new digital marketing tools.
The company recently appointed Kaushal Sarda, a former executive at 2020Social, as CEO. Kuliza is an implementation partner for Mobstac, a company which helps publishers create easy mobile presence.
Bangalore based Kuliza had acquired GizaPage, another Bangalore based startup that provides businesses a tool to bring all of their social channels under a common roof in 2011.
Earlier, Blume Ventures has invested in Mobstac, Zipdial and WebEngage among others.
