Delhi based online book seller Bookadda has integrated Google preview to more than half a million books on its web store so that users can preview the content before buying it. Like how you riffle through a book before buying.
The preview option allows customers to make full-text searches, zooming in and out, and provide them with a preview of the book.
Google Preview is essentially a book viewer that can be embedded right into a website or blog. You can set up the viewer for one or for multiple titles, for every book that has a preview in Google Book Search.
Besides books for general reading, Bookadda also offers preview to Acadzone – a single-click buy for all curriculum course material for various competitive exam and school study material needs. With this Bookadda is the only online bookstore to have Google preview feature in India. The feature will be quite handy for academic books and reference material as users can check out if what they are looking for is really in the book or not.
Backed by former Infosys director TV Mohandas Pai and his partner Ranjan Pai, Bookadda claims that it sells a book every 2 minutes and has the capability to ship to 3500 locations in the country.
