The merger talks between Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd could be back on the menu. The two PSUs discussed the issue at a meeting with the Prime Minister on Wednesday as part of a plan to revive the company’s profitability. – source

Reliance Mediaworks acquires iLab
Reliance MediaWorks (earlier Adlabs) has acquired iLab, film processing and post production facility [more].
Reliance MediaWorks earlier acquired U.S.-based Lowry Digital that operates in the film production and restoration business.
"This (ilab) will be our front face. We will be able to send some high-end work we get in the U.K. to Lowry and some other work to our business process outsourcing unit in India,"- wsj
