BSNL along with Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) provider Sai Infosystem has launched voice and video telephony over Internet Protocol to its customers.

Now any customer can make audio video calls at will on any landline, mobile or Internet Protocol phone anywhere in the world, provided that both the ends have requisite video phone equipment. The Voice and Video Over Internet Protocol (VVOIP) service will cost 40 paise per minute for audio calls and Rs 2 per minute for video calls within the country. [source]

EdServ Partners With CaClubIndia


Chennai based Education Support Services Company EdServ has announced that the company has struck a partnership with CAClub Around 70000 professionals and students visit the site every day.  As per the partnership, will deliver EdServ’s CA coaching content online to its huge Student base.

They will provide training in web-based mode at affordable prices as compared to contact classes and ILT (Instructor Led Training) based classroom coaching. EdServ will provide online access to expert classroom Videos and Assessments to CA aspirants. All 20+ subjects / papers will be covered through web based lectures as recorded in live classrooms including doubts classifications and video replays.

EdServ had earlier this year forayed into the estimated Rs.2000cr CA training market in India, through a JV with Chennai based Sreeram Coaching Point, the first by a National branded player into the online CA training space. EdServ is also focusing on launching its CA coaching services in overseas markets like the Middle East. The company expects to generate revenues of Rs.200cr from its overall CA Coaching services business that includes the current partnership with CAClub India.
