Gurgaon based Buildzar has raised $4 million from CEO of Dalmia Bharat, Puneet Dalmia in pre-series A funding.
Buildzar, founded in September 2015 is a marketplace for home construction and home renovation materials. The raised funds will be used to develop technology based solutions, expansion of product and services in categories like green home solutions, smart-home solution and marketing activities.
Buildzar has crossed sales of over Rs 75 million and receives 750-800 orders on a monthly basis, said the company. It is currently operational in Delhi NCR and plans to expand in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.
