Bus aggregator Shuttl has raised $20 million led by Lightspeed Ventures and Times Internet. Existing investor Sequoia Capital also participated in the funding round.

The raised funding will be used to enhance technology and expand operations. The startup is currently operational in Delhi NCR.

The company which was launched in 2015, plans to target 50,000 rides a day with 600-700 buses on the platform. The company claims that it has completed more than 800,000 rides.

Earlier, the company had raised $3 million in seed funding from Sequoia and others.
