After Cloud Telephony, Ozonetel Now Wants To Crack CAAS (Communications As A Service)

It’s the season of *AAS. But then, Ozonetel which is doing quite well with its cloud telephony service has now launched a new avatar – of CAAS provider (Communications As A Service). The company now allows businesses to market,sell and support their customers using Ozonotel’s cloud communication suite of products.

After recently closing last year with 5.3 crore revenue, we have already achieved the $2M ARR milestone this year. We have also done a soft launch of Cloudagent global. This caters to the International call center market. We can now service contact center and other communication requirements in India, US, UK, Singapore,Malaysia and 40 other south east Asian countries. Hyderabad based Ozonetel which launched its cloud telephony service at UnPluggd has also launched a hybrid model of its Cloudagent solution wherein in some special cases, they install the communication box on the client premise and this communicates with Cloudagent on the cloud. That is,a mix of both worlds and ideally meant for huge call center deployments(more than 200 seats).
