According to flightradar.com there are now more than 200,000 flights daily. On 29th June, Flightradar tracked 202,157 flights on a single day.
An easy math can tell the number of average air traveller daily. India has not been untouched by air travel phenomena and has been seeing double digit growth in air passenger traffic. In fact in last 6 years, the number of air passengers in India have doubled to almost 120 million passengers daily.
On Saturday, more planes took to the sky than on any other day in human history.
