Cloud Software Company Capillary Technologies has partnered with WebEngage to deliver omni-channel experience to its customers.
Bangalore based CRM solutions provider Capillary has also made an undisclosed investment in WebEngage.
User centric platform WebEngage helps its customers in automating communication through web messages and notifications. Its customer portfolio, include Pizza Hut, Puma, KFC and United Colors of Benetton amongst others.
Capillary had earlier acquired digital commerce solution provider MartJack and machine learning startup Ruaha Labs. It had also picked up a minority stake in a customer satisfaction management firm, Cloudcherry.
