- CloudOne Digital, has acquired Servers.com, a ‘bare metal’ server provider, for an estimated $200 million according to sources.
- Servers.com co-founder, Alexey Gubarev, is also a founder of Palta, a company known for backing Prisma Labs which created Lensa AI.
- Following the acquisition, Servers.com and its co-founders will join the CloudOne Digital and its ‘Liquid Web’ family of brands.
