Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) has made a direct attack on Reliance Jio Infocomm, claiming that the company has bypassed regulations to offer full services in name of test connections.
In the letter to DoT, it asked to snap connections offered to 1.5 million users. Reliance has claimed these allegations are baseless and unfounded.
