Compared to Western countries, Indian women get more of the difficult-to-treat breast cancer

Indian women are being diagnosed with breast cancer at younger ages than ever, and compared to Western countries, the number of breast cancer deaths in India is also higher. A factor behind this is that the rate of Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC), the most aggressive form of breast cancer is highest in Indian women.
