A division bench comprising Justices B.K. Narayan and R.N. Mishra ordered that no coercive step be taken against the company’s officials and they be given a chance. No action will be taken till the next hearing on May 18. The bench also questioned the prosecution lawyers on how an offence under IPC section 420 was made but no cogent reply was offered.

The court has asked lawyers to file a reply in two weeks.

Two weeks back, the high court had ordered for the passports of the petitioners to be impounded. But now, the court has allowed the petitioners the liberty to move an application for the release of their passports.
