Concierge Service startup, Wishup has raised seed funding from TracxnLabs, 500 Startups and Mato Peric. Additionally, Wishup also saw funding from a host of Angels through TracxnSyndicate.
The startup also announced the Beta launch of its Android app and plans to launch its iOS app early next month.
With the raised funds the Delhi based startup plans on aggressively expanding its technology team. It currently offers its service across the NCR region as well as in Bangalore and plans to launch in more cities soon.
From Product Deliveries, Bookings, Household Services or Reservations, Wishup aims to become a one-stop platform to address all of its users’ needs. Wishup claims to have acquired over 10,000 customers since July 2015.
According to Prahadeesh Giridharan, Technology Co-Founder, Wishup, “At Wishup, AI will be used at both the ends, a Wishbot which is at the customer end and an Opsbot which is at the operations end. Wishbot is autonomous chat bot that understands query intent and acts upon it for certain specific categories like phone recharge, cab bookings. Opsbot, on the other hand engages the users on behalf of operators when they are busy. It also helps in logging requests and categorising them automatically. These features are in development stage and will be rolled out soon. “
