Digital content company YAAP has acquired branding and design company Brand Planet Consultants for $3 million in an all cash deal.
As part of the acquisition, Brand Planet’s founders Anjan Roy and Shouvik Roy, will join the YAAP management team as senior partners. The deal will help YAAP expand its marketing technology tools into branding practices such as product packaging and logo designing.
