Jaipur-based Crowdfunding platform, Dreamwallets has secured an undisclosed amount in seed round from a clutch of investors that includes Siddharth Banerjee; Vikas Ranjan from Indusind Bank, Anshul Jindal, a senior Investment Officer, Sunil Koul, Executive Director with a Hong Kong based Investment Bank, Sanjeev Agrawal, an industrialist, Rakesh Gupta and Aditya Aggarwal – Chartered Accountants amongst others.
Nikhil Agrawal and Manish Harodia founded Dreamwallets and started its operations in July 2015 and expanded into Mumbai and Pune and have contributors coming in from over 200 cities and tens of countries worldwide.
The funds raised will be utilized to double up business development team, invest in technology and for creating awareness about the crowdfunding concept.
In the coming months, they will be launching Dreamwallets Version 2.0 and the company aims to launch more than 10,000 projects in next 2 years.
