AAP government in Delhi is drafting a policy, which will set an upper ceiling for the tariffs charged by app-based taxi services like Ola and Uber. The draft is expected to be released in couple of days.
Although the tariffs will be fixed by the government, the costing will be dynamic to avoid surge pricing.
