Delhi govt on way to privatize CNG and electric bus transportation in NCR

  • The Delhi government on Friday released a draft policy paper on privatising intra-city bus transportation and having private companies to run air-conditioned electric and CNG buses in the National Capital Region.
  • The policy paper said only electric and CNG buses could ply under the scheme initially and only electric buses after January 1, 2024.
