Delhi High Court Orders Removal of ‘Defamatory’ YouTube Videos Against MBA Chai Wala

  • If the nine defendants fail to comply within 72 hours, YouTube’s parent company, Google, must remove the videos.
  • Earlier, the Bombay High Court directed five users to delete videos and comments defaming vaccine tycoon Adar Poonawalla.
