Diigo – Diggo is a web highlighter and bookmark tool.
Redux – Redux helps you find videos, photos, and web sites recommended by others. Strongly recommended for those who dive into a lot of rich media content.
There are other tools like Mister Wong, Zootools, but you do need certain trust on a service’ longevity.
As far as our recommendation is concerned, we suggest you to look at Redux (for its discovery) and Google Bookmarks.
