Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances on Friday took the online Public Grievance Lodging and Monitoring System one step ahead by launching an app for lodging of public grievances on the Pg portal of public grievances and monitoring system. It is a portal for citizens to lodge and track grievances as well as view action taken reports by various ministries and departments.

The new app is aimed to ease the process of lodging a grievance, lodging a remainder/clarification and viewing status of grievance anytime and anywhere on the mobile device.

Citizen intending to register grievance can visit the website, download the app through captured link or capture the QR code through QR code reader, and install it on their android phones.
