A new AI-powered chatbot from DoNotPay will let you negotiate payments and cancel subscriptions without having to contact customer support.
Joshua Browder, the CEO of DoNotPay, posted a demonstration of the technology in which the chatbot successfully uses Xfinity’s live chat to negotiate a discount on a Comcast internet bill.
