Come 1st & 2nd June, 2010 and there is Echelon 2010 – an event for startups – in Singapore. UnpluGGd & Echelon have partnered to boost the morale & support for startups in and around Asia. Echelon will feature keynotes from thought leaders around the globe, panel discussions on topics relevant to the community and a platform to showcase some of the coolest startups from Asia. Some of the speakers included on Echelon are Vishal Gondal– CEO of Indiagames, Dave Mcclure – angel investor in Slideshare, Mint, Kissmetrics, Noah Kagan – Director of Marketing, Mint etc. You can refer the complete list here.
Last year also Pluggd.in supported an event Unconference at Singapore (by e27) that showcased more than 50 early stage startups from 10 different countries. Featured last time was an Indian startup called Lead Simplified. With echelon2010, e27 are providing a bigger platform for startups to not only exhibit their product, but also to have a chance to interact with investors, early adopters and potential customers.
We think this is a great opportunity for startups to showcase the muscle within and potentially gain funding, customers and market awareness. Mind you, echelon 2010 is looking at 50 startups only to showcase. Apply here asap and before 31st March to gain access.
