Elon Musk stops paying rent at Twitter, may not pay severance to fired employees

For some weeks now, Elon Musk has resisted paying the rent for Twitter’s San Francisco headquarters. Additionally, Musk neglected to pay a $197,725 payment for private charter aircraft and even considered forgoing the severance benefits that were promised to departing staff.

Elon Musk is currently preparing for a number of expensive legal battles over his unconventional platform takeover.
