Called Facebook Services, the platform currently includes event planning, pet services, beauty services, healthcare and more. The page will also help users by providing reviews and ratings of service companies.
The users can only find the services but cannot book them directly from the page. No major announcement or details has been disclosed by the company.

Currently, the major players in the hyperlocal segment include Quikr, UrbanClap, LocalOye and Housejoy.
Facebook services is a pivotal launch and will not only raise the competition but change the dynamics of this segment.
