Financial Advisory App Fisdom Raises $1.1M From Saama Capital

Bangalore-based Finwizard Technology, which runs the personal finance app Fisdom has raised $1.1 million funding from venture capital firm Saama Capital. The investment raised will be used to expand the existing team of 25 and for customer acquisition, the company said.

Founded by Subramanya SV, Ramganesh Iyer and Anand Iyer, Fisdom was started with mutual funds and later transited into an advisory and transaction platform helping people to manage their finances.

This is a second round of funding for the company this year. In January, Fisdom had raised $500,000 funding from Taxiforsure co-founders Raghunandan G and Aprameya Radhakrishna, and CommonFloor co-founder Sumit Jain.
