Flipkart entered into a partnership with C-store for supply of laptops along with other electronic goods for its sale. The company supplied about 14,000 laptops, and Flipkart returned about 1,480 units and did not pay for the remaining, as per the case (total dues amounting to Rs. 9.96 crores).
Flipkart has of course denied this and is exploring options including filing defamation case (source).
