Firstsource Buys Minority Stake In Nanobi, Bangalore Based Big Data Startup

Big Data startups have huge opportunity and many large enterprises have invested strategically in such firms.

Business Process Management (BPM) company Firstsource Solutions has bought minority stake in Bangalore based data analytics startup Nanobi Data and Analytics. Nanobi, a 2 year old firm, provides analytics as a service to enterprises on a cloud based pay-as-you-use subscription model. Firstsource plans to start its analytics center and Nanobi will power the central analytics platform.

nanobiNaobi has an analytics app store called the Analytics Tree which has a collection of apps to suit the requirements of small and medium businesses. The Analytics Tree offers SMBs pre-packaged, real-time analytics that cost between Rs 1,000 and Rs 20,000 a month.
