Ringing Bells, manufacturers of Freedom 251 smartphone, has started shipping the second installment consisting of 65,000 units. A total of 5,000 units have been delivered in first phase, and the customers are being decided by lottery. The manufacturers have reportedly got around 7.5 crore registrations from 18 states.
