Pune based Framebench has been acquired by SaaS provider Freshdesk for an undisclosed amount.
Framebench offers an online platform that enables teams to share, review, and comment on videos, images, presentations, and documents.
Post-acquisition, the company will begin to focus on deeply integrating with Freshdesk and building novel experiences in the customer engagement space.
As part of this transition, the company will not be accepting any more signups or trial accounts. It will also not be shipping new features within the product.
The company’s investors include Jai Natarajan, Maneesh Bhandari, Sanjay & Karthik from Blume Ventures, Abhinav Khushraj, Pranay Gupta, Anuj Pulstya, CIIE – IIM Ahmedabad, Sriram Padmanabhan, Vaibhav Domkundwar, Anand Ladsariya, Nitin Agarwal, Vijay Shukla.
