GiftZapp Takes Gifting To A Whole New Level of Ease

If you forgot to wish your mom and dad on their wedding anniversary and thought about it only just now, GiftZapp can help you. Similarly, if you forgot to send a gift for your wife and thought about it only on the day of the occasion, GiftZapp helps you by sending gifts immediately.

Founded by Nisheeth Srivastava, the procedure of gifting on GiftZapp is as simple as logging in, choosing your gift and clicking the send button. You can complete the process in a minute.

No need to enter the recipient’s shipping address

Most of the time when we are in a hurry, we do not have enough time to search and type the address of the recipient of the gift. Here GiftZapp comes to rescue by asking the recipient to type in their address rather than the person who is sending it.

You can also schedule the gift for an exact time and date.

Exchange gifts if you dont like it

As a recipient, if you did not like the gift you received, there are options to exchange it for something that you like. And as a user, you do not have to worry about choosing the perfect gift for your friend as they can easily replace it if they don’t like it.

The exchange is also kept discreet as the sender does not have to know that the recipient wants the gift exchanged. While exchanging, you can opt for another one at a higher or lower value. If it is of higher value, you will have to pay the difference and if it is of lower value, you get the amount transferred to your account for future purchases.

You can pay in 72 hours

You have a time window of 72 hours to pay for the gift. The receiver is notified about your gift but gets it only after the payment has been made from your side within a window of 72 hours.

Future plans

Currently available in Android, the iOS version will be available soon. The team intends to grow their user base to 1 million by the end of 2015. More feature are also being planned to be added to the app.
