In a horrific incident, 2 women who were travelling in an auto were in for a rude shock, when they noticed a pervert biker masturbating at them in Mumbai. Unperturbed, 1 of the girl took a picture of him and his bike number and tweeted it to the police, who promptly arrested the accused.
