Google Is Testing A New Teleconferencing Tool Called GMeet

Google seems to be testing a new teleconferencing service called Google Meetings (or simply GMeet) that will allow users to schedule or join a conference call with just one click.
GMeet was first noticed by Florian Kiersch on Google+ who says that logins are currently restricted to Google employees.
The shared screeshots are of an Android App, however Kiersch claims that the company also working on building a GMeet Chrome extension.
Google GMeet could fix the problem of having to dial into a conference call, with one user creating a meeting topic and inviting everyone else to join in.
While there aren’t many details to go by at this point of time, 9to5Google suggests that GMeet could use Hangouts for its base functionality.
Further, the new service could be made a part of Google Apps for Work which could include additional features for enterprise customers.
