With the new update, if audio quality is degraded on the current data stream during a call, Google Voice will attempt to transition between Wi-Fi and cellular data automatically.
The feature, which is called “intelligent network switching”, is accessible to almost any customer because there are no admin limitations or a special toggle to turn it on.
