Group RCS chats on Google’s Messages app now fully end-to-end encrypted

Group chats in Android and Wear OS Messages app now feature end-to-end encryption.
Encryption will be the default on RCS for both new and current users unless they’ve previously disabled it.
End-to-end encryption will function if every group member uses either Android or iOS, failing which a third-party app would be needed.
